Terms of Service

qionggeme (the “Service”) is an AI API gateway that aggregates APIs from upstream AI providers including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and xAI Grok and provides users with a unified access point. The Service does not train or own any AI model; it only relays API requests. The live model list in the console determines which models are currently offered.

• Users must provide truthful and accurate registration information.
• Users are fully responsible for account and API key security and bear losses caused by disclosure.
• Registering multiple accounts for abnormal arbitrage or to evade restrictions is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties.

• The Service charges by API token usage. The price displayed in the console at the time of use applies.
• After funding an account, the user receives a corresponding balance. Consumption follows each model’s pricing rules.
• Confirm the amount before funding your account. Successful payments are generally non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy.
• Because upstream prices may change, the Service may adjust model prices. An in-product notice will be posted before an adjustment.

Users may not use the Service to engage in any of the following:

• Conduct that violates the laws or regulations of the user’s country or region.
• Generating or distributing unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Malicious attacks, DDoS activity, unauthorized scraping, or reverse engineering of the Service.
• Reselling the API or using it to provide a substantially similar service that competes with the Service.
• Abusing promotional credits or exploiting vulnerabilities to avoid billing.

qionggeme may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules, and the remaining balance will not be refunded.

The Service’s interface, copy, and code belong to qionggeme and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated content are governed by each upstream provider’s policies, including the applicable OpenAI or Anthropic user agreement.

• The Service does not guarantee 100% availability and may be interrupted by upstream outages, network conditions, or maintenance.
• If unavailability is caused by the Service itself, usage credit will be compensated in proportion to the outage duration.
• The Service is not liable for disruptions caused by upstream providers such as OpenAI or Claude.

• AI-generated content is for reference only and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Users must evaluate it independently.
• The Service is not liable for losses caused by user misuse, compromised accounts, or force majeure.
• The Service makes no guarantee that any particular model will remain continuously available.

qionggeme may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes. Material changes will also be announced prominently within the Service.
